Bathroom Tile

I went about the bathroom tiles the same way I chose my floor tile,  I first pinned all the ideas that I liked.  As you can see, I'm planning on using the light marble in all my tiling for the bathrooms.  Since our condo is small, I want to give the maximum feeling of space.  Click each picture for a link to the original website. 

Love the Marble Subway tile for the walls and the octagon tile on the floors.

I'll be using the same wall tile in the tub area in the master bathroom as the shower in the guest room bath. I'm going with the larger subway tile on the walls since I've been told the larger tiles look better in smaller spaces, and my shower is very small.

I really like this look but will probably not be using the crown base molding to save on costs.  

Here's what I chose.

 I went with Floor and Decor for the tiling.  I find that they offered the most options of what I wanted.

I bought many more boxes of the wall and accent tiles than I needed.  I then took them home and went through each box to make sure I had the shading and coloring that I wanted.  You need to go through your tiles since marble varies so much.  There were many boxes that the marbling was distinct which did not match the wall tile marbling that was softer.  Also, there were many tile pieces that had a lot of green and yellow in them and I did not want that.  I was able to return the ones I didn't want for a full refund.  It's a lot of work, but at least I know I'm getting what I want.

The Lantern Marble tile is beautiful, but very expensive.  I'll be using it to accent the tiling in the Master Bath, but not much!
